Annie Jordan
Executive Director at DeKalb Pro Bono
Annie Jordan is the Executive Director of DeKalb Pro Bono, where she leads programs connecting volunteer attorneys with low-income residents in need of civil legal representation, including domestic relations, probate, landlord/tenant, consumer debt, and protective order matters.
She joined DeKalb Pro Bono in 2019 as a staff attorney running the Domestic Violence Project, representing survivors of family violence in protective order cases and coordinating pro bono services for those in crisis. Before that, she practiced family law at Knight Family Law and Senterfitt & Knight, handling divorce, custody, support, contempt, and modification cases.
An active leader in Georgia’s legal community, Annie served as President of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers in 2023 after eight years on its Board of Directors. She has also served on the Family Law Committees of both the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division and the DeKalb Bar Association.
In addition to her leadership, Annie shares her expertise through frequent speaking engagements for organizations including the Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s Family Law Institute, the Georgia Commission on Family Violence, the Atlanta Bar Association, the DeKalb Bar Association, the DeKalb Lawyers Association, the Paideia School, the GAWL Leadership Academy, and the Georgia Association for Black Women Attorney’s Professional Development Academy.
Annie earned her B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2010 and her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2013.
